Wendy Williams wants Floyd Mayweather's daughter jailed for 8 years for stabbing fiance's baby mama
Wendy Willimas has insisted that Floyd Mayweather's teen daughter, Iyanna, should be jailed for at least eight years for allegedly stabbing her fiancé NBA YoungBoy’s baby mamma. The 55-year-old television host revealed her thoughts during the Hot Topics segment on Tuesday, April 7.
“[Iyanna] sent a woman to the hospital for no good reason when that bed could have been used for a corona victim,” Williams said. She also partially questioned the former professional boxer’s parenting and said, “As a parent I know there's sometimes no accounting for what our kids do, but at least we can plant little seeds of their self worth in them. Why would the heiress to the throne at 19 get involved with a 20-year-old man with four kids from three baby moms and this hood mess?"
The ‘Think Like a Man’ star also deemed Iyanna as a "misguided child," adding, "When you're a Mayweather, and you're 19, you're better than this."
This comes a few days after the 19-year-old was arrested for trying to kill a woman over her fiance YoungBoy. Iyanna stabbed Lapattra Lashai Jacobs at YoungBoy's house after an argument ensued between her and Jacobs over YoungBoy as Iyanna said Jacobs should leave and she refused. The argument moved to the kitchen where she took hold of two knives and stabbed Jacobs with the same. Jacobs is the mother of Iyanna's fiance's child.
Iyanna was taken into custody following the incident and was charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. However, later she was released on $30,000 bail. She has also been ordered to stay at least 1,000 feet away from Jacobs.
The incident left Mayweather’s fans aghast and the majority of them could not believe that Iyanna would go to this extent over YoungBoy. One person wrote: "I still can’t believe that Yaya Mayweather just stabbed a bitch over a [expletive] with seven baby mommas and herpes." Another fan reacted said, “Yaya Mayweather's dum***s really just destroyed her whole life and stabbed someone over a b*m like NBA YoungBoy???? Someone with seven baby mommas and herpes??! How can you have a dad like Floyd Mayweather and still be moving like such a f*****g loser."
In related news, last month, an unpublished book, which Mayweather's ex-girlfriend Josie Harris was reportedly writing before she was found dead, claimed that the 43-year-old multi-millionaire star "almost killed" her after violently beating her as their kids - Jirah, Zion and Koraun - then aged 7, 9 and 11 looked on.
The extract was shared by a concerned friend who believes "Josie deserves to have her voice heard, now more than ever".
In the book, Harris has jotted down the horrific details, alleging Mayweather grabbed her by the hair while she was still sleeping, and dragged her around the room of her home in Las Vegas "like a rag doll" before hitting her repeatedly in the head, screaming: "I’ll f**king kill you".
Harris also said in the book that she begged Mayweather to listen to their children. “You’re doing this in front of your kids...I shuddered at the agonizing pain I felt in my head and screamed again until he let me go…
“Before I could say anything Floyd again tightened his grip on my hair and beat the back of my head. He was determined to teach me a lesson. I could see it in his eyes. But, I knew I couldn’t lay down, so I fought back," she added.
