'Welcome to Plathville' star Kim Plath's DUI case: Probation, community service and more details
FLORIDA: Kim Plath was found guilty in her June 2022 DUI case and after her detention in Florida in 2022, the 'Welcome to Plathville' actress was sentenced to probation, community work and ordered to pay a fine, revealed a report.
DUI, property harm, and bodily hurt were among the charges brought against her. Kim's blood alcohol level was ultimately found to be more than twice Florida's .08 standard for driving while intoxicated, according to toxicology tests. She surrendered on October 20, 2022, and spent a brief amount of time in jail before being freed the same day.

How did the DUI crash happen?
Kim's vehicle was discovered in an upside-down position in a Florida gully in June 2022. The mother of nine was driving the vehicle when she made a left turn and then crashed into a ravine covered with water. She admitted to having consumed two 12-oz margaritas to the police officer. She was taken to the hospital with slight wounds.
Viewers of 'Welcome to Plathville' were shocked by this information because Kim had made it obvious that she didn't think drinking was a smart decision. However, it appears that she made a number of significant lifestyle changes after divorcing her spouse, Barry.
What did the court say?
Kim has requested a payment extension for the $963 stated charge, as per reports. A nine-month probationary period and 50 hours of community service are also required of her. Kim has to complete a substance abuse evaluation and DUI school, according to InTouch Weekly. She also has to undergo random alcohol and drug testing.
