Moriah Plath has always been open about her struggles in life and recently she took to Instagram to shed light on how it is important to go through obstacles to bring out the best in one self. Taking to her Instagram stories she spoke about putting oneself in an uncomfortable position to make oneself comfortable.

"Even though it seems so wrong, sometimes we feel the most comfortable in an uncomfortable environment cause that's what we are used to," she wrote. "But saying, "this is not how my life is going to be" and starting the change in your life, stepping out with courage even though it feels like the walls are falling, you're going to feel unstable and insecure at times but in the end stronger and emotionally stable."

The reality star also took to social media to highlight how she was looking forward to having a good year in 2020. "I may not be as close to the top as you but I may have had a higher mountain to climb 2020 is going to be a good year. Starting my list of new years resolutions," she wrote. "I’ve always loved that about a new year, it wipes your slate clean and you get to start over and write it again."

Moriah acknowledged that a lot had happened this year and in the coming year she would be focusing on positive energy. "With how much has happened this past year of my life I’m not sure I can even think as far as what’s gonna happen this next year but I am all in for the adventure 2020 is gonna bring! let’s live this life to it’s fullest and never stop chasing our dreams."

She concluded by writing, "remembering back to December a year ago and it’s a whole new world now... funny how life changes... but my dreams still stay the same only a few steps closer."
