With every passing episode of 'Welcome To Plathville', it seems as though the Plaths' relationship is genuinely beyond a point of repair. With Kim and Barry holding down their stance when it comes to Ethan and Olivia, it seems nearly impossible for the couples to fix the issues they have with each other.

While Ethan and Olivia struggle with their marriage, Micah and Moriah are caught in the middle of all the drama. The siblings have an amicable relationship with their parents and their older brother but often have to pick between the two. And Moriah's first live performance found her facing this tough choice.

For Olivia, performing with Moriah came under one condition -- Kim and Barry would not be present at the concert. Moriah, who has reconciled with her parents, wanted them to attend, but seeing that she also wanted Olivia to play with her on stage, she had to make a tough choice. Putting her career first, Moriah decided to have Olivia up on stage with her than her parents in the audience. Kim and Barry were not thrilled to know about this, but maintained that they would keep their distance. For Moriah, this gig was necessary -- not only is it her first concert of sorts but also her segway into music, as she hopes to make a career out of it.

However, things took a turn for the worse on the day of the concert as Olivia and Morah found out that Kim, along with Moriah's siblings, were at the venue. Olivia's anxiety kicks in, and she is unwilling to go on stage until she knows that they have left. Micah and Ethan, who were also present, decide to find Kim and confront her. However, after searching through the entire parking lot, the two are unable to locate her. Unbeknownst to them, Kim was in another car and was able to see them. In her confessionals, she states that Ethan always gets stubborn and adamant about things once his mind is made up.

The producers ask where she thinks he gets that from and all Kim does is laugh, as she realises that the producer implies that mother and son are similar when it comes to their stubbornness. Meanwhile, Max tried to talk Olivia through the situation. He admits in his own confessional that he is a fairly positive person. Having spoken to Olivia, Kim and Barry on separate occasions, there might be no fixing this solution. He sees their fractured relationship mending only if they admit that they are the problem and decide to be the solution.

Ethan and Micah return just moments before Moriah has to go on stage, with Ethan declaring that his family have vanished like 'ghosts'. Olivia explains that there is a sense of relief and that having them there truly makes her nervous as she has some terrible memories with Kim and Barry, including ones where they told her she had evil spirits in her that need to be cast out.
What do you think? Was Olivia fair in asking for Kim and Barry to leave before she performed? Sound off in the comments below!
