Why did Vivica A Fox and 50 Cent break up? Actress trolled for posting throwback photo with rapper
Vivica A Fox was trending on Twitter the actress posted a throwback photo with rapper 50 Cent. In an interview with VLAD TV from a couple of days ago, the actress and TV presenter revealed she still considered her ex-boyfriend 50 Cent the love of her life. The two haven't been together since 2013 and fans as well as the 'Candy Shop' rapper weren't as excited about her declaration. In a virtual chat with Kris Kaylin, 50 Cent said, “I’m never bothered by when she says that."
He added, “At the time that we actually interacted with each other, we weren’t conscious of everything else that was going on.” What has got people talking about the ex-lovers yet again is the fact that the actress posted a throwback photo of the two of them on her Instagram timeline, a move which seems to be inspired by P Diddy. Why did 50 Cent and Vivica A Fox break up?
50 Cent and Vivica A Fox dated for a couple of months in 2003. She was a successful actress with big banner films under her belt and the rapper too wasn't doing as bad himself. The release of 'Wanksta', 'In Da Club' and 'P.I.M.P' had put him on the map. The two first connected after 50 Cent gave Fox a shout-out during the 2003 BET Awards. "And I’d like to thank Vivica Fox for wearing that dress," he said.
In the recent interview with VLAD TV's DJ Vlad, Fox said 50's team got in touch with hers, and soon after, the two advanced to talking on the phone and then began to date. They became an item in March 2003, making their relationship red carpet official at the MTV VMA's. Beyonce and Jay-Z performed their duo at the event but the bigger news was 50 Cent and Fox's relationship.
In the recent interview, Fox reflected on what led to the death of their relationship. She reflected on the fact that they went public too soon and that meddled with the bond they were trying to create. There was too much public attention surrounding their relationship which quickly turned into interference, Fox said explaining they hadn't been dating for too long when they went public.
“The main thing that killed the relationship was that we just went way too public, way too fast,” Fox said. “The love that I had for him — and still to this day — will always… He was the love of my life. I will admit that without any reservations. He will always have a very special place in my heart.” She stated there were too many people involved in the relationship, which killed what they had.

50 Cent's girlfriend Jamira Haines shades Vivica
Vivica posted an 'FBF' image of herself and the rapper from when they were together, on her Instagram timeline on Friday, May 28. 50 Cent's current girlfriend, Jamira Haines, decided to comment on the whole situation without being direct. "It's giving menopause," she tweeted after the photo was posted to Fox's Instagram. She followed it up with, ".. y’all, how that Pooh Shiesty song go again?"
Haines then tweeted, "..My momma always told me stay outta grown folk business see what I done started .. smh." Fox's fans came to her defense and they ripped Haines apart for disrespecting their idol by making fun of her age. "You making fun of Vivica's age but dating someone close to her age," a Fox fan said. "Yet you’re dating a man that’s around the same age. Make it make sense," wrote another.
