Victoria Beckham's stunning self-designed silver gown at Brooklyn’s wedding took FIVE days to make
Victoria Beckham revealed photos from her son Brooklyn Beckham's recent wedding to Nicola Peltz on her Instagram Story. In the post she made on April 11, the singer-turned fashion designer, 47, was wearing a Studio 54-inspired slip dress with a metallic, head-turning effect and was looking gorgeous. She shared on Instagram while striking a pose for a jaw-dropping photo that the garment took five days to make and was inspired by the reflection of moonlight on the water. According to British Vogue, the outfit was made at the star's fashion brand's London atelier and was the first couture gown of the brand. Victoria wore the delicate, embroidered lace design that highlighted the garment's stunning beauty while standing hand-in-hand with her businessman husband.
One of Victoria's favorite fabric mills near Lake Como, Italy, created the fabric of the cloth. Victoria also stated that the gown's complex design was made by tying three French laces together. She wore a similar gown to British Vogue editor-in-chief Edward Enninful and Alec Maxwell's recent wedding. Victoria's designs were also worn by her mother Jackie Adams and her son Romeo's girlfriend Mia Regan. Victoria's flawless makeup at Brooklyn's wedding and elegant outfit drew a lot of attention among the fans. “Just stunning, best they have ever looked!” said one of the couple's loving fans in response to the breathtaking post.

Describing her dress, Victoria wrote about the label’s “first couture gown” which was crafted in a bespoke fabric sourced from Milan. She wrote in her Instagram stories: “It’s like liquid metal and hangs so beautifully ... the lace is actually three different styles, placed to create a new lace and then hand embroidered.” Her hair was swept up in a loose, high bun with short tendrils falling around her temples and cheeks. She wore a pear-shaped diamond pendant and two simple bracelets to complement the stunning gown.
Meanwhile, during the event, her husband David, the former Manchester United star, and England player made a moving speech as his son Brooklyn, 23, married Nicola, 27, in a lavish wedding at her family's opulent seaside mansion in Palm Beach, Florida. A source told The Sun, “David's speech went on for about five minutes and he looked to shed a tear at one point. He was talking about when Brooklyn was born and how he wanted to protect him. He said he was sleeping on the hospital floor, holding the door shut because he didn’t want to let anyone get in. David got a lump in his throat and had to stop and take a breather to regain his composure, but it was a very sweet speech.”
David looked clean and classic in a black tuxedo by Dior and patent leather shoes.
