MOSCOW, IDAHO: Three University of Idaho students have reportedly claimed that they saw Bryan Kohberger at their student union weeks before the horrific quadruple murders. The students said they recognized the 28-year-old PhD student as a loner from the union building after his arrest for the brutal murders of Ethan Chapin, 20, Xana Kernodle, 20, Madison Mogen, 21, and Kaylee Goncalves, 21, on November 13, 2022, in their off-campus rental home.
One student, who identified herself as Chelsea, said she saw Kohberger, who is currently quartered at the Latah County Jail, eating alone in the food court just days before the slayinge. "He was the type to stare, he wouldn't look away if you caught him staring," Chelsea told People. She added, "Like he wanted you to notice that he was looking at you. He didn't smile, didn't nod, didn't say anything. Just stared." She further added that Kohberger’s stare made her so uncomfortable that she and her friends left the food court to eat outside. "It was so weird that we ended up leaving and eating outside because we wanted to get away from him," Chelsea noted.

Female students describe how Bryan Kohberger’s stare made them uncomfortable
Another female student, who wishes to stay unidentified, said she also became 'uncomfortable' with Kohberger's stare after she allegedly ran into him multiple times on campus. "It's not a huge school; it's like a small town," she said. The student added, "So you start seeing the same faces again and again. They become familiar like you know that you've seen them in class or around campus. I definitely saw him more than once. He was just really quiet and really intense, staring. He made me uncomfortable."
The students opened up about the alleged sightings after Moscow authorities revealed that Kohberger spent time at the University of Idaho campus before killing the four students. Following the revelation, the university authorities hired more campus police and increased the number of officers on the ground. The officials have stated that the security will remain in place despite Kohberger’s arrest. The suspect was arrested on December 30 from his parent’s house in Albrightsville, Pennsylvania.
Seven Siren Brewing owner claims Bryan Kohberger harassed female staff and customers
Kohberger’s alleged sightings at the University of Idaho would not be the first time when women said he made them feel uncomfortable or scared them away. Previously, the Washington State University student was accused of harassing female staff and customers at a Pennsylvania bar named Seven Siren Brewing Company. Jordan Serulneck, the owner of the brewery, claimed Kohberger had problematic interactions with women at his bar and he even called a staff member "b***h" for rejecting his advances. "Hey, this guy makes creepy comments, keep an eye on him. He'll have two or three beers and then just get a little too comfortable," Serulneck told NBC while reading his staffer notes on the suspect.
