NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Following his humiliating dismissal from the network where he formerly held the top spot, Tucker Carlson has already started a "scorched-earth" war against Fox News and his former TV co-workers. Tucker is said to be filled with "rage and thrust for vengeance."

He has openly accused the network of fraud and breach of contract, fueling speculation about potential legal action. Carlson has enlisted the services of renowned lawyer Bryan Freedman to represent him during negotiations related to his exit from Fox News. Freedman, known for his high-profile clients and expertise in entertainment law, is expected to launch a "lawsuit new news program to take on the network head-to-head!", Radar Online reported.

'He’s got a lot of venom'

“Nobody will get a pass,” an insider told the media outlet before adding “He’s got a lot of venoms stored up, and you can count on whatever he does being uncensored and embarrassing for a lot of people.” The ousted anchor, 54, has privately threatened to reject a $25 million payment from Fox. He intends to speak out about how he was made into a "scapegoat and fall guy" for Fox's scathing $787 million deal with Dominion Voting Systems for disseminating false information that the 2020 presidential election was rigged, the source told the publication.

The outlet reports Carlson has demanded a trove of internal documents from the network. He plans to use the data against his former employers, which he accuses of leaking his private text messages in which he denigrated Chris Wallace and Donald Trump and called Fox CEO Rupert Murdoch a liar.

'Tucker knows where all the bodies are buried'

Sources claim Carlson's attorneys are trying to have a non-compete clause in their client's contract struck down. The clause bans Carlson from appearing on any other news until January 2025. His attorneys contend that because Fox broke the contract, the non-compete is no longer effective.

“Tucker knows where all the bodies are buried and intend to dig them up and show them to the public on any new show he launches,” another source told the media outlet before adding “He is furious with the treatment he received and what he perceives as a smear campaign against him!” Fox bigshots Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham have already reached out to Tucker, the report mentioned.
