BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Tristan Tate regained his freedom after being released from house arrest, marking a significant moment in his ongoing legal saga. The release also extended to his brother, Andrew Tate, who is facing similar allegations and was also under house arrest. Tristan took to Twitter to address his critics and detractors head-on. He expressed his sentiments by calling out those who had been actively sharing chat screenshots and old videos in an attempt to prove his guilt.

Tristan has been facing serious allegations, including sexual assault, human trafficking, organized crime, and accusations of extorting money from women he allegedly manipulated into creating TikTok content. These grave charges had led to his house arrest and constant legal scrutiny since March 2023. Although he has now been released from house arrest, the impending trial still stands, with the final verdict yet to be determined. Nonetheless, his devoted fans and followers were filled with excitement upon hearing about the Tate brothers' newfound freedom.

'I am free'

In his tweet, Tate expressed his relief and gratitude as he informed his followers that the judges had granted him release from house arrest. Defiantly, he brushed off the attempts of his haters to tarnish his reputation by sharing fabricated screenshots on Twitter, now rebranded as X. He challenged his readers to imagine the emotional toll of enduring two years of relentless character assassination through an account that circulated old videos falsely labeling him as "guilty," and he disdainfully referred to those responsible for it as "losers." Undeterred, Tate reaffirmed his faith in the justice system, emphasizing that it operates on the principles of evidence and the rule of law. Finally, he announced that he could now free from the constraints of being under house arrest.

Tristan wrote, "Judges have release (sic) me from house arrest. It doesn’t matter how many fake screenshots haters share on X. Imagine having spent 2 years running an account showing old videos saying I’m “guilty”. Losers. Justice is justice. The law is the law. Evidence is evidence. I am free."

'Get out of the country'

Tristan's rant addressing his haters and revealing his newfound freedom stirred a whirlwind of reactions among users across the Twitter platform. One user wrote, "This just proves that the media is a bunch of liars Congratulations with it ☺️" Another user wrote, "The haters are punching walls rn." A user stated, "Get out of the country. Sell everything there. Never go back." A user commented, "About time..; I cant wait to see BBC and blue hair chicks freaking out."
