Kourtney Kardashian & Travis Barker slammed for sloppy kiss on Oscars red carpet
At the 94th Annual Academy Awards red carpet Sunday night (March 27), Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker once again flaunted their over-the-top affection for each other by touching tongues. In front of photographers, the loving pair shared a beautiful smooch while flaunting their matching all-black ensembles. Meanwhile, the Kardashians star is attending the Oscars for the first time. She was invited as Barker's plus-one since she will be performing with an all-star band that includes Oscars music director Adam Blackstone, percussionist Sheila E., and others.
According to Entertainment Tonight, Kardashian, 42, wore a sleeveless vintage Thierry Mugler dress, strappy Aquazzura Perfect Kiss sandals, and Lorraine Schwartz jewels, with her hair slicked back. In black eyeglasses and a suit with a diamond pin on the lapel, the Blink-182 drummer, 46, also looked cool. Kardashian and Barker have already been on various red carpets where they have shown their affection for each other. Prior to this, their affection was captured on camera at multiple events like 2021 VMAs and Dolce & Gabbana presentations in Italy.

In October 2021, the pair were engaged at a lovely seaside. This extravagant Oscars attendance coincides with Kravis' wedding preparations, as well as their ambitions to extend their blended family. Although it's unknown if Kourtney and Travis would allow cameras to attend their wedding, a source recently told Entertainment Tonight that the ceremony will be really exclusive, intimate, and spectacular, and will most likely take place in 2022. “Kourtney and Travis want to get married sooner than later," says the source, adding that the "wedding planning has already begun and things are in motion. They want their wedding to be really exclusive. They both have a lot of friends but want it to be intimate and special. Kourtney is super excited to get married to Travis. Both Kourtney and Travis are so looking forward to spending the rest of their lives together as soul mates.”
Fans, on the other hand, were unsatisfied with their display and rushed to social media to express their displeasure. On Twitter, one user wrote, “I cringe every time I see them together. Not because I dislike them, I don't want to see people open mouth kissing every time you see them together. It's really kind of gross.” Someone wondered, “why do they insist on looking so trashy ???”
