Todd Chrisley's son Kyle arrested for assault months after parents sent to prison over bank fraud
RUTHERFORD COUNTY, TENNESSEE: Kyle Chrisley, Todd Chrisley's son, also has significant legal problems, although his so far have ended with much less time behind bars. Kyle was arrested in Tennessee for aggravated assault.
Although the details of the arrest are not yet known, it occurred not long after Todd began serving his prison sentence for tax and bank theft in January. While Todd is serving a 12-year sentence, Julie faces a seven-year sentence. With his ex-wife Teresa Terry, Todd is the father of Kyle, Lindsie, Chase, Grayson and Savannah. With Julie, Savannah is the father of Savannah. Todd and Julie were granted sole custody of Chloe, Kyle's daughter from his marriage to Angela Johnson, as he struggled with addiction and bipolar disorder in 2016.

Kyle Chrisley arrested for felony aggravated assault
According to a spokesperson for the Rutherford County Jail in Tennessee, Kyle was arrested on March 14 for aggravated assault and released after paying $3,000 bail, TMZ reports. He appeared upset in his mug shot when he was arrested in Smyrna PD. Kyle is scheduled to appear in court on March 20. The exact circumstances that landed him in jail are still under investigation.

Kyle and Todd's relationship reportedly became increasingly strained over time after they shared custody of Chloe, but they have since been seen to have reconciled. Before the punishment, Savannah claimed that she now had custody of Grayson and Chloe.
Just months after Todd and Julie Chrisley served their prison sentences, Kyle was charged with aggravated assault. The famous couple was found guilty of bank fraud, tax evasion and submitting forged documents to banks to obtain loans of more than $30 million for their lavish lifestyle. Lawyers alleged that they also used a manufacturing company to hide their earnings from the IRS.
Julie was sentenced to seven years in prison, Todd to 12 years, with a 16-month probation period after her release. In Kentucky prison, Julie will trade in her luxury wardrobe for a full khaki outfit. Todd will begin his sentence at FPC Pensacola in Florida, a minimum security facility that has long been considered one of the finest in the country.
