Getty tied the knot with photographer Engel in San Francisco City Hall. For the occasion, she wore an exquisite John Galliano dress made with real mirror pieces. The wedding was a celebrity-filled ceremony with the likes of 'Queen’s Gambit' actress Anya Taylor-Joy, Princess Olympia of Greece, Mimi Wade, and California Governor Gavin Newsom in attendance.
