Thomas Markle to testify against Meghan and Harry, launches 'no holds barred' YouTube show
Thomas Markle mocked his daughter Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, whom he referred to as 'her ginger husband,' shortly after launching his new YouTube channel. The Duchess of Sussex's father, 77, informed close friend Karl Larsen that he is willing to testify against her in a court action brought by her half-sister Samantha. Thomas Markle claimed he'd be thrilled to meet his estranged daughter Meghan Markle and her husband, Prince Harry. He stated that he believes his eldest daughter will win her lawsuit and that he is prepared to testify on her behalf.
He said, “I would be more than happy to. I’ve been trying for almost four years to get to see my daughter and her ginger husband in a courtroom face-to-face. I’d be thrilled to defend my oldest daughter.” Mr. Markle added, “she can’t defend the things she said.” adding that he believes Meghan, 40, should settle the lawsuit. Mr. Markle revealed, "we have discovered YouTube... we've decided to join and share our story."

Samantha Markle arrives in London to confront Meghan Markle about their father's ill health
According to Page Six, Samantha, 57, is suing her half-sister Meghan for $75,000 (£57,000), alleging that she lied about her to the writers of the controversial book ‘Finding Freedom’ and during an appearance with Oprah Winfrey on television. Meghan's lawyer, Michael Kump, described the case as ‘baseless and absurd’ as well as a ‘continuation of a pattern of disturbing behavior.’ "We will give [the lawsuit] the minimum attention necessary, which is all it deserves," he added. Thomas said in the opening episode of his YouTube channel, "I'm standing up for my oldest daughter, Samantha. In this case, she should win because Meghan's book was full of lies about her. I would appear in a deposition in this case, if it came to it.”
According to Daily Mail, Meghan apologised to the Court of Appeal in November after emails were revealed that contradicted her assertion that she did not work with ‘Finding Freedom’ writers Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand. "I had absolutely no wish or intention to mislead the defendant or the court," Meghan stated at that time. Mr. Markle's co-host Karl, 53, explained the reasoning for the podcast by saying, "Tom wants to do it to put his thoughts out there from the horse's mouth. He wants to speak about how Meghan and Harry have affected his family. The chat will be no holds barred.
He wants his truth to be out there, just like Meghan's truth came out a year ago in her Oprah Winfrey interview. He also wants to speak about other things in the news, too." He added, "We're thinking of referring to ourselves as 'the yapper and the snapper' in the future. It sounds more catchy than Tom and Karl." Mr. Markle also told Karl that he was shocked Prince Harry didn't travel out to meet him in person to seek Meghan's hand in marriage in the first episode, which aired on Sunday (March 13). He said, “I thought the Royals had some kind of sense of dignity where he would have taken the time to fly down and see me.”
