There have been quite a few bumps on the road for ‘This Is Us’ fans ever since the Covid-19 scare began. From delays to postponements, many viewers have expressed their displeasure, and this week won't be any different. The NBC show is missing from its regular schedule this week but will be back next time around.  

The tenth episode ‘I've Got This’ follows ‘The Ride’ where a series of car rides propels the Pearsons towards new stages of their lives. The biggest twist from the episode was the introduction of adult Déja (La Trice Harper). An intern at a hospital, she can be seen at a briefing session and we soon find out that she is expecting a baby herself. As for who the father is, you might have to wait and watch.

The episode also teased adult Annie (Iyana Halley), who picked up Deja from the hospital and adult Tess (Iantha Richardson) waiting for them as they drove to Uncle Kevin’s house. Now the question is: What happens next and why isn't the episode going to shed light on those answers?

What's on NBC in place of ‘This Is Us’?

If you are a fan of music reality shows, it's time to celebrate! ‘This Is Us’ might not be on tonight but it's only because the slot has been taken up by ‘The Voice’ Season 20. Sharing a sneak peek from ‘The Voice’, the official NBC channel posted, “An all-new episode of @NBCTheVoice? This is music to our ears.”

Some were amused but other social media users expressed their sorrow over no new episodes of 'This Is Us'. “I'd much rather have a new episode of This Is Us...” one fan posted and another wrote, “Come back soon besties. I’m gonna miss you these weeks.”

‘This Is Us’ Season 5 Episode 10 Spoilers

Titled ‘I've Got This’, the summary of the new episode reads: “Beth navigates qualms with her mother; Kevin and Kate bring their families together for dinner.”

A new promo is not out yet and fans clearly aren't pleased. “Twitter friends. I have a super important question for you. Is there a new episode of #ThisIsUs tonight?” one tweet read and another said, “I’m mad we ain’t have no new #ThisIsUs tonight....we don’t want Nick Jonas. Lol.” 

Many, however, are still hoping they might get to see the beloved NBC show. “Do we get @NBCThisisUs tonight??? #thisisus I don’t see any “tonight!” posters for it,” one viewer posted. Many others shared memes. “It's Tuesday again,” one tweet read and another said, “There’s no new #ThisIsUs tonight.”

When will ‘This Is Us’ Season 5 Episode 10 air?

‘This Is Us’ premiered on Tuesday at 9 pm ET on NBC after the mid-season winter break with Episode 5 titled ‘A Long Road Home’ on January 5, 2021. There will be a one-week break before the next one Episode 10 titled ‘I've Got This’ is telecasted on March 16, 2021 at 9 pm ET, after a two-week break. The episode will be able to stream on Hulu the next day, ie, on March 17, 2021.
