‘The Voice’ Season 19: Joseph Soul sings 'How Deep Is Your Love', fans say his voice gave 'full-body chills’
‘The Voice’ Season 19 playoffs finally kicked off in Episode 12 where all the team members from every coach’s team performed on the stage to fight for their place in the top nine. After the four members from Team Kelly Clarkson performed and Carter Rubin from Gwen Stefani's team showed his exceptional singing skills, it was time for Joseph Soul from Team Gwen to showcase his powerful vocals.
The 34-year-old vocalist from Hawaii opted for ‘How Deep Is Your Love’ by Bee Gees and absolutely mesmerized all the judges with his smooth and warm voice. Gwen called him an incredible singer after his performance ended. However, it is only up to the viewers to take the final call with their valuable votes. Team Gwen currently stands strong with Payge Turner, Ben Allen, Joseph Soul and the young Rubin.
The Internet was quick to react to Soul’s performance. One viewer commented, “Couldn't even hear Joseph Soul over the background singers and music #TheVoice." Another posted, “Joseph Soul make it his own funk and pop from the disco ballad, "How Deep Is Your Love" by the Bee Gees. #TheVoice” One stated, “Joseph Soul is so smooth with it. This has a solid vibe but seems just a lil tense and he not nailing that pretty falsetto as well as usual. Another not bad but not great. #TheVoice #VoiceLives” A fan tweeted, “Joseph Soul giving me full-body chills. DAMN. THAT VOICE. @NBCTheVoice”, while another viewer said, “I'm digging the vibe of Joseph Soul's performance more than the actual performance. #TheVoice”

Episode 11 of the Season 19 of ‘The Voice’ kept fans hooked last week with a lot of drama happening on the stage. Before the playoffs began, the last week votes from the 4-way knockout were announced by the show’s host Carson Daly. Taryn Papa from Blake Shelton’s team was crowned as the winner from the 4-way knockout. During the episode, we also got to know Ryan Gallagher had to pull out. The reason for the same was not revealed but he will no longer be part of the competition.
‘The Voice’ Season 19 is being hosted by Daly. All the episodes will be aired on NBC. Fans can also catch the singing reality show on the official website of NBC and on their official app along with the network's new streaming service Peacock. Also, we will see Nick Jonas returning as a judge on NBC’s ‘The Voice’ in Season 20 replacing Gwen. The American crooner earlier sat on the big red chair in Season 18.
