However, Hailie is not the only daughter of the 50-year-old musician mentioned in his songs. 'Lainey' in his lyrics alludes to Alaina, Eminem's oldest daughter, who is now 29 years old. Alaina is the biological child of Dawn Scott, the late twin sister of Kim Scott, Eminem's ex-wife.
As Dawn struggled with drug addiction throughout the 1990s, Eminem and Kim took in Alaina to ensure she had a stable home. The couple raised Alaina along with their daughter, Hailie, and Kim's youngest child, Stevie, despite their turbulent relationship. Following a heroin overdose in 2016, Dawn passed away, leaving behind her daughters and family.
