'The L Word: Generation Q' Episode 6: Bette's electoral campaign could be in jeopardy once again

With her electoral campaign suffering at the hands of her affair with Felicity, the break up was inevitable

This story contains major spoilers for 'The L Word: Generation Q' Episode 6 titled 'Loose Ends'

Bette (Jennifer Beals) was on her best behavior last week, but trouble still came in pursuit of her. In the previous episode titled 'Labels', she broke up with Felicity (Latarsha Rose) saying, "I can't choose you. I won't choose you." With her electoral campaign suffering at the hands of her affair with Felicity, the end was inevitable.

But only because Bette brushed it under the carpet doesn't mean it is dealt with forever. By the end of the episode, Felicity's husband Tyler Adams (Jeffrey Muller) makes an unwanted drunken appearance after Angie's (Jordan Hull) play. It quickly goes downhill as Bette pushes him back in order to protect Angie, and he falls down injuring himself. As the people around begin recording the incident, Bette realizes that her campaign is now in jeopardy.

In the promo released for the upcoming episode, we see a haggard Bette trying to do get out of her house so she can make some amends. But with a cautious Dani (Arienne Mandi) right behind her, we're thinking she will be playing a bigger role in doing damage control.

In another part of Los Angeles, as Bette and Dani both reckon with the fallout of the recent scandal, Shane (Katherine Moennig) spends the day with Angie possibly teaching her how to drive. In another heartwarming clip, we see Angie, Shane, and Quiara (Lex Scott Davis) share a touching conversation about love and togetherness.

At the same time, our brand new throuple might have started off on a good note in the previous episode, but now find themselves having conflicting ideas about their family. Turns out, Alice (Leisha Hailey), Gigi (Sepideh Moafi), and Nat (Stephanie Allynne) might not be on the same page after all. 

'The L Word: Generation Q' airs on Sundays at 10/ 9c on Showtime.
