Plot
'The Informer' is adapted from Roslund & Hellström's novel 'Three Seconds'. Pete Koslow is a former convict who intentionally gets himself thrown into a high-security prison, working undercover as an informant for the FBI. While there, his job is to infiltrate the mob, a collection of some of Britain's most dangerous drug dealers — all in the hopes of earning his freedom, once and for all. It's not long, however, before things go sideways, and Koslow is thrown under the bus by his FBI handlers as things spin wildly out of control.

Joel Kinnaman
Joel Kinnaman plays the film's lead, Pete Koslow. Charles Joel Nordström Kinnaman, known professionally as Joel Kinnaman, is a Swedish-American actor known for his roles in 'Suicide Squad', 'The Killing' and 'For all Mankind.'
Rosamund Pike
Rosamund Pike plays Erica Wilcox, an FBI agent and the one to whom Pete Koslow reports to. Pike is known for her roles in 'Gone Girl', 'Die Another Day' and 'Pride and Prejudice.'
Clive Owen
Clive Owen plays Montgomery, a corrupt FBI agent, also in charge of Koslow's case. Owen is known for his roles in 'American Crime Story', 'Closer' and 'The Children of Men'.
Trailer
Warner Bros Pictures released a trailer for the film on December 6, 2018, showing Koslow enjoying some time with his family before he's forced to go undercover to earn his freedom for the FBI.
