Terry Crews played 'White Chicks' role too well, says Internet after trolling him for 'black supremacy' tweet

Social media users took to Twitter to troll Terry Crews for resembling his character Latrell Spencer in the film ‘White Chicks’

Many celebrities have come forward to express their opinion about the ongoing protests and riots surrounding George Floyd’s death. The latest events have blurred boundaries with the majority of them demanding the rights of the black community in unison. However, the American actor and former NLF player Terry Crews  used the opportunity to talk about "black supremacy." After Crews’ controversial tweet, which read, “Defeating White supremacy without White people creates Black supremacy. Equality is the truth," social media users took to Twitter to troll him for resembling his character Latrell Spencer in the film ‘White Chicks’ while circulating hilarious memes.  

The 2004 comedy sees Crews as a well-to-do black man who falls in love with a white girl. He loves to sing Vanessa Carlton’s ‘A Thousands Miles’ and finds himself heartbroken when he learns that the white girl was he fell in love with his actually an undercover back FBI agent. Slamming Crews, one user wrote, “Anyways terry crews is cancelled. He played that role on White Chicks TOO well because that’s what always been inside of him. I will be muting his c00n name soon.”

The actor is also being called out for “ruining” his character by living it in real life. “So far, coronavirus has ruined social gatherings, Democrats have ruined progress, JK Rowling has ruined childhoods, Terry Crews has ruined White Chicks, Trump has ruined protests…” wrote another user. Quite taken aback by Crews’ open display of favoritism for a certain community, one of the Twitter users wrote, “I always knew terry crews was white...played his role in white chicks a little too well.” Another user wrote, "Black Suprema-what?! Terry Crews confirms every day he never heard 'cut' after being on the set of White Chicks.

Meanwhile, reacting to his tweet, one follower wrote, “Any time I see Terry Crews trending I already know it’s cuz he said somethin stupid."
