MONTVILLE, NEW JERSEY: Teresa Giudice's husband Louie 'Luis' Ruelas' is in yet another legal bind. Fans are now comparing the couple to financially troubled Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak after Ruelas' company Digital Media Solutions was named in a harassment lawsuit.

A business that is partially owned by Teresa's 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' co-star Luis has been sued several times for allegedly harassing clients. For the Florida-based company Digital Media Solutions, Luis serves as executive vice president of business development in addition to being a co-founder. The firm is the "leading provider of technology-enabled digital performance advertising solutions connecting consumers and advertisers within auto, home, health and life insurance, plus a long list of top consumer verticals," according to the company's website. A number of lawsuits have been filed against Digital Media Solutions, accusing the company of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by making unwanted telemarketing calls.

Luis’ lead generation business hit with a harassment lawsuit

Juanita Williams filed a class-action lawsuit against DMS and Choice Health Insurance earlier this month, claiming she registered with the National Do Not Call Registry but still received numerous telemarketing calls from the two companies.

In court documents obtained by the magazine, Juanita claimed that in September 2022, a Choice Health representative called her and informed her that DMS had passed on her phone number as a potential sales lead. According to the report, she wants $1,500 per call.

DMS is not being sued for the first time. Page Six previously received documents of at least three complaints made against the corporation in 2021, alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). At the time, DMS disputed the charges. Luis has also been investigated in his personal life. During a "heated" argument, the father of two allegedly pushed his ex-wife, Marisa DiMartino, into a metal pole in October 2012. Prior to the incident, Luis and Marisa had been arguing about money, according to Page Six in May 2022.

'Better keep working with all the lawsuits against your new husband'

Teresa continues to use her Instagram account to promote brands and earn money as an influencer, but she also receives criticism on behalf of her new spouse. On May 25, she turned to Instagram to promote Dano's Tequila, which she served during her wedding special viewing party for friends and family.

Reacting to the post, a follower commented, "They are scrambling to make money cause they are just like Kim and kroy.. spending what they don't have." Another person chimed in, "Your gonna ruin this brand why would even go there." While tagging the brand, another user wrote, "@danostequila u better watch who you sponsor!! Horrible look for your company." Throwing shade at the couple, one person wrote, "I'm seeing bars in her and Louie's future."

One person further commented, "Everything you’ve done has failed. BTW, pay your brother back the $25000." Warning others, one user commented, "Don’t buy anything teresa G promotes." One user also added, "Probably another scam you're involved in. Hard pass."
