Tenoch Huerta acknowledged that his bulge was removed from the finished version of ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ after social media users noticed that the actor appeared considerably beefier in the teaser than in the theatres. Two images from the same frame were shared on social media which highlighted how Marvel Studios hid Namor's bulge that was previously teased in the trailer.

A fan recently tweeted two images of the Marvel star's character, Namor, pointing out the obvious difference in the size of Namor's penis. “The only thing that I can say is the original was the photo [on] the right,” Huerta told Rolling Stone when asked in a recent interview whether he was alright with the CGI. “Without [the bulge]! That’s original. Huerta, 41, continued by saying he didn't want to "lie to people," adding, “Every man in the world, we have fragile masculinity, but not in that issue. I will say, the right one, the real one is the photo on the right.”

Ryan Coogler, the director of 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever', completely reimagined Namor from his appearance in Marvel Comics. Like Aquaman, Namor rules over Atlantis in comic books. But because Coogler and co-writer Joe Robert Cole wanted to further explore colonialism by contrasting Wakanda with an indigenous society, they made Namor the monarch of Talokan, a Mayan kingdom that used its underwater breathing abilities to escape persecution hundreds of years ago.

Many fans responded to the special effects failure on social media platforms as one user said, "GIVE NAMOR HIS PENIS BACK." Another one asked, "Why did they remove Namor's savior buldge?" One person stated, "Normalize guys with visible bulges in their jumpsuits. It’s like if they were trying to flat women’s breasts in jumpsuits too.” Another user shared, “During the movie I kept thinking WHERE IS HIS PACKAGE, cause I knew a man who looks like that had to have a decent one. I wanted that distraction bad.” One individual tweeted, “Imagine working overtime at 3 am and you haven’t seen your family in weeks because you have to airbrush out Namor the Submariner’s bulge frame by frame.” Another one added, “Omg ur right y tf they take away his d**k like that’s demonic."
