NEW YORK: Tennis fans were outraged when they saw a video of teen sensation Sara Bejlek celebrating her big qualifying win at the US Open. After making it through the qualifying rounds in New York, the 16-year-old Czech will make her Grand Slam debut at the prestigious tournament. In the video, Bejlek can be seen shaking hands with her opponent and the umpire's chair before walking toward a man apparently identified as her father.

The viral video seemed oddly out of place, as the player's father pats her butt and appears to kiss her on the mouth. After meeting her father, the player walks up to her coach and hugs him. The coach is seen doing the same and touching her buttocks. Sports fans erupted in anger when the video went viral on the internet.

A user shared a video on Twitter and wrote, "Creepy coaches #WTA #USOpen #Bejlek She’s 16."

"Where are Mom and Dad??  I know of no culture where this is appropriate. Consider the US Olympic Gymnastics scandal. How did it start? A man in a position of authority starts touching girls...and it went downward fast from there. These men are sick," a user wrote.

"Well I don't know the Czech culture, but this doesn't seems normal at all, @WTA should send somebody to talk to the girl, just to make sure things are ok," another user wrote while showing concern for the teen.

Another user wrote, "Sorry. This is weird in the way they’re both literally pawing at her butt. The first guy was the worst. He was enjoying it."

While there were few who defended the teen's dad and considered it a normal way to greet him.

A user wrote, "It is pretty common in Czechia. Not something I would do, but many men just don't think about it in a sexual way. Google our easter traditions, you might be shocked." While another wrote, "Please don't comment on cultures you know shit about. Only a pervert sees something sexual in what you posted. Shame on you!." One user wrote, "She's okay with it. Might be their ritual. Don't judge." "There is nothing sexual about it. Only your degenerate multiculturalism feels that way," wrote another.
