'Teen Mom 2' reunion: Jade Cline meets Ashley Jones from 'Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant' and things get ugly
The third part of reunion special went a little out of hand when the cast of 'Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant' got together with Jade Cline and Kailyn Lowry. Jade had been moved from 'Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant' to 'Teen Mom 2' for the new season but none of the cast members got to know this until the news was released.
The change in cast happened as Jenelle Evans was fired from the show. While Brianna Jeramillo was happy about Jade's entry into 'Teen Mom 2', Ashley Jones, on the other hand, was not too happy to see Jade. When Dr. Drew Pinksy asked Ashley what was going on she was quick to reflect that she was not happy with what Jade had said about her in the show. However, Jade assured her that it wasn't true and she hadn't ever said anything bad about her.
Kailyn Lowry shed some light on the incident stating that the producers were confused between Ashley and Jade for the show but ended up choosing Jade. Ashley was quick to add that she was informed about the decision and she was fully supportive of the decision. "You accused me about lying of being on 'Teen Mom 2'," Jade said. "I wasn't lying about it I was asked about it and I said I'd rather stay here."
She continued, "I was more than supportive about your move to 'Teen Mom 2' but what you said, I felt cheated by that because I don't have to lie." Jade tried to clear the air by assuring things were not how she was trying to describe them. However, Ashley was adamant about sticking to her claims and asked Jade to think over what she had sent her in the message when they spoke last.
Jade recalled that it was Ashley who disrespected her mother which led them to get into an argument in the first place. The two ended up leaving the conversation halfway as Jade left the room. While the two did not discuss much in the reunion special, it makes us believe that the two teen moms are out of each other's life for good.
