The video starts with Tammy showing her fist. The reality star held her arm close to the camera and closed her fist. Fans can then hear an audio track that said, "Here are the mother f******g new nails!" Tammy opened her fist and unveiled the beautiful nails. The reality star showed off her blue and purple acrylic nails in the new video.

Tammy and Caleb got married in November 2022 after they fell in love at an Ohio-based weight loss center. Since then, Tammy rarely shared photos with her husband Caleb. Additionally, fans have speculated that Tammy and Caleb are getting a divorce. The divorce rumors come after fans noticed in April 2023 that Tammy changed her name on her TikTok account back to her maiden name 'Tammy Slaton' from 'Willingham'.
