STAMFORD, CONNECTICUT: Stephanie McMahon, the co-CEO and chairwoman of WWE, abruptly announced her resignation from the company recently. She made the news public through her social media. Undoubtedly, this news has sparked a wide spectrum of feelings among many fans, who are grateful for the time Stephanie gave to WWE.

Stephanie began the statement she shared on social media by reminding readers that she had taken a leave of absence from WWE in mid-2022, which was cut short when she was asked to serve as co-CEO and chairwoman of the board of directors after her father Vince McMahon was under investigation for sexual misconduct. Stephanie wrote, "I cannot put into words how proud I am to have led what I consider to be the greatest company in the world, working alongside a remarkable leadership team and one of the strongest executives I have known in my co-CEO, Nick Khan."
