PARIS, FRANCE: Sophie Turner looked chic as she appeared to be stepping out from her hotel during Paris fashion week on Friday, March 3. The 27-year-old star, who attended the LVMH Prize cocktail event on Thursday, donned a furry white jacket and a cream graphic print skirt as she bundled up for the chilly weather in France.
The 'Games of Thrones' star finished off her stylish ensemble with a pair of Adidas Samba shoes and kept her accessories minimal as she carried a small white purse. Her bright red hair was left loose as it cascaded on her chest and shoulders. Turner, who is currently preparing to begin production on the upcoming true crime series 'Joan', stepped out with a male companion during her evening outing. For the LVMH Prize Cocktail event, the star dressed in a sleek monochromatic look as she attended in all-black. The 'Dark Phoenix' star kept her hair middle-parted as she tied it in a slick ponytail.

Turner will begin filming for 'Joan' this spring
Turner is scheduled to begin filming this spring for her upcoming series 'Joan' where she will be starring as the main character. She became a part of the project in November, as per Deadline. The actress has previously stated that she was "so excited" to start work on the project. The show will revolve around the life of jewel thief Joan Hannington and will base around on her memoirs. Turner talked about the character she would be playing in the series.
She described Hannington as "a woman who goes between her thriving and daring career as a jewel thief, all whilst trying to get her daughter back from social services, we see a mother in despair swept up in the exhilarating world of crime." At the time of writing, a release date for the series has not been revealed to the public yet.
'The empathy is heightened'
The 'Survive' actress has also opened up about how becoming a mother had enhanced her acting skills while appearing on the UnWrapped podcast. She said that the journey has helped her be more expressive with her emotions. She stated that motherhood "made me a better actor...the empathy is heightened; the feelings about family are just like overflowing."
