Rapper Slim 400 from Los Angeles, famous for being an associate of YG, has tragically died after being shot and killed. "RIP Slim 400. A Compton gangsta rap prototype, an ambassador for a tradition, lineage, and history -- who made a whole lot of hard-as-hell rap songs full of sober gravity and blunt force," Otto Von Biz Markie mourned the rapper's death on Twitter.

The 33-year-old rapper, whose real name is Vincent Cohran, had faced a near-fatal attack in 2019 and needed to undergo surgery to recover. In fact, he famously threw away the huge list of medicines prescribed to him by the doctor for recovery. However, this time he was fatally shot, though it is still uncertain who was responsible for his death. The rapper was best recognized for his single 'Bruisin' which featured his labelmate YG. Some of his other hits include Foe Reala, Foe Block 2, All Blassik, and Keepin' It 400.
