SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH: The recent engagement announcement of 'Sister Wives' star Christine Brown to boyfriend David Woolley has sparked a significant reaction from fans. While some fans have expressed their excitement and congratulated the couple, others have raised concerns about the pace of their relationship. It is worth noting that Christine's divorce from her ex-husband Kody Brown was finalized only in November 2021, leading some fans to question whether the engagement is moving too fast.

The announcement of the engagement comes after Christine and David made their relationship public on Valentine's Day, with a series of photos shared on social media. Fans were particularly taken with a photo of the couple gazing into each other's eyes as Christine cradled her grandchild. David also shared a sweet moment on his Instagram account, showcasing a note left for him by Christine on his mirror, which left fans really rooting for them. But with the news of engagement afloat, fans seem to be a little skeptical.

Christine Brown gets engaged to David Woolley

'Sister Wives' star Christine is strutting her stuff down the aisle after saying 'I do' to her newfound soulmate David! It's been a year since her split from Kody but Christine is ready to dive back into the world of love with a beaming smile and a brand-new engagement ring. David got down on one knee in Utah earlier this month to pop the question and Christine didn't hesitate to say 'Yes!'

The ecstatic couple couldn't contain their joy as they posed for photos with Christine flashing her new bling. The engagement ring was a stunner, featuring a lozenge-cut diamond that was framed by a dazzling display of gold and black bands. Christine took to social media to share her excitement and wrote, "We’re engaged! David popped the question VERY romantically, and I said YES! I’m so excited and just live in bliss every day! #engaged #newworld #soulmates #loveofmylife."

This milestone moment comes after Christine had previously revealed to her Instagram followers that she was "dating someone exclusively". The lovebirds first went public on Valentine's Day with a series of heartwarming photos, including a snapshot of them gazing lovingly into each other's eyes while holding one of Christine's precious grandchildren.

'Monogamy, after plural marriage'

It seems like not everyone is on board with Christine and David's speedy engagement! Some fans are raising eyebrows and questioning whether the couple is moving too fast with their relationship. One said, "Wow it’s been like a Minute since you have been together," while another added,  "Oh come on!! Way too fast. What's the rush?"

Someone even pointed out, "NO!!! WAY TOO FAST! NOPE, NO NO." One fan commented, "When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible.” Another said, "I knew you would get swooped up so fast!!!" One also wrote, "It’s moving fast for us."
