LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Nicky Hilton Rothschild is very impressed with her sister’s transition into motherhood. Talking at the 16th Women in Film Oscars party in Los Angeles, she talked at length about Paris Hilton becoming a mother to Phoenix Barron in January through surrogacy. "She is on cloud nine. She is such an incredible mother," said Nicky, 39.

Before adding, "She was born to do this and I'm just so happy for her." She also admitted that her own children Lily-Grace Victoria, 6, and Teddy Marilyn, 5, are yet to meet their cousin since they live on different sides of the coasts. "I'm just so excited for all the cousins and babies to be together. They haven't all met yet," Nicky said. "When my children have spring break in a few weeks, they're going to come here and meet their new cousin."

'It's always been my dream to be a mother'

It was in January when Paris Hilton revealed for the first time that she’ll be welcoming a boy with husband Carter Reum, 42, soon. "It's always been my dream to be a mother and I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other," she said at the time. "We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy," she said. Later she showered love for her little one on Instagram where she posted a picture of Phoenix’s fingers gripping her thumb. Paris captioned, "You are already loved beyond words," reported People.

'There is no greater love'

Among many celebrities, sister Nicky was quick to welcome her into the club, posting a throwback of the two with their mother. The 39-year-old wrote, "Welcome to mommyhood @ParisHilton! 👶🍼🧸 So so incredibly happy for youuu! It's the most beautiful ride. There is no greater love," wrote Nicky in the caption. "You are going to be the best mommy. What a lucky boy! 💙"

Earlier, Paris told Glamour UK that the couple has been trying for a girl as the two have 20 frozen embryos of ‘all boys.’ "I just went through the process again a month ago so I'm waiting for the results to see if there's any girls," she revealed last month.
