Here's why RHOBH fans are outraged with Will Smith's ex wife Sheree Zampino joining cast
Bravo's 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' is known for roping in who's who from the entertainment industry into its star-studded cast ensemble. After having the likes of Yolanda Hadid, Camille Grammer, Denise Richards, and even Kathy Hilton, the network surprised fans by announcing two new additions to the cast of 'RHOBH' Season 12. Will Smith's ex-wife Sheree Zampino and philanthropist Diana Jenkins.
Diana Jenkins will be making her debut as a full-time housewife alongside returning cast members- Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke and Crystal Minkoff. While Sheree will be featured as the friend of housewives alongside fan-favorite returning cast Kathy. With the two new additions to the cast, the total number of full-time housewives comes to eight, and two friends of housewives. Even though an increase in the size of the cast means more drama, fans are unfortunately not very thrilled about it.

Several fans took to Twitter suggesting the network to "drop the deadweight" aka old housewives instead of just adding in more housewives to the cast to make the show interesting. A fan tweeted, "Don’t know what to think about adding one more housewife to the show. Hope she will bring something new and cool. Let’s wait and see! #RHOBH." Another fan wrote, "Sorry but if you need 8 FT housewives… there’s some dead weight. #RHOBH." "When will #RHOBH learn that adding new housewives is okay IF they ditch some of the dead-weight old ones. They have like 8 housewives now and I bet we'll have little drama ," wondered a fan.

Another fan shared, "So #RHOBH needs 8 fulltime cast members and 2 friends of the show in order to make an interesting season?!? How about we cut the dead weight and have a normal sized cast!!." "If you need 8 cast members then something is wrong… why are they afraid to fire/demote? #RHOBH," pointed out a fan. "Did we really need more new cast members tho? #RHOBH," questioned a fan.

Sheree was previously featured on 'RHOBH' as Garcelle's friend in an earlier season. Sheree has a 29-year-old son named Trey Smith with actor Will Smith. The couple married in 1982, but divorced within three years. Sheree continues to maintain a good relationship with not only Will but also his current wife Jada Pinkett Smith. Diana is a well-recognized philanthropist and human-rights activist, who is also the founder and CEO of a drinks brand called Neuro Brands. The new housewife has established several advocacy programs and organizations, including UCLA's Sanela Diana Jenkins Human Rights Project and the Jenkins-Penn Haitian Relief Organization, the latter of which she formed with actor Sean Penn. She has also been recognized by the Elton John AIDS Foundation and named one of the "World's Top Three Justice Innovations" by The Hague Institute for the Internationalisation of Law.
