PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: When it comes to April Fool's Day pranks, there's a fine line between funny and tasteless, and Heidi Klum, unfortunately, learned that the hard way. Heidi has faced an outpouring of criticism and backlash over a prank that many have labeled as offensive and insensitive.

To make matters worse, it seems that Heidi was not the only one involved in the prank. She took the help of her fellow 'America's Got Talent: All-Stars' judges, only leaving Simon out of it. But unfortunately, the joke did not land as expected, and fans were quick to condemn her insensitive attitude.

Is Heidi Klum pregnant?

In the controversial prank, Heidi pretended that she was pregnant. However, when fans took a closer look at the photo, they noticed that Heidi's 'bump' was suspiciously absent, leading many to believe that she was using a prosthetic bump. This revelation has only added fuel to the fire, with fans accusing her of being insensitive to women who have difficulty conceiving or carrying a pregnancy to term.

'Pregnancy jokes aren't really funny anymore'

The reaction from fans to Heidi's April Fool's Day prank has been swift and severe, with many taking to social media to express their outrage and disappointment. One said, 'Excuse me, its 2023… this isnt funny for sooo many human beings", while another said, "If this is a joke it’s not a good one". For many fans, the prank was seen as insensitive and tone-deaf, particularly in light of the struggles that many women face when it comes to pregnancy and fertility. Comments like, "Very tacky to post something like this while there are so many struggling with infertility." and "Being pregnant isn't a funny April fools joke. So many women suffer from infertility. This is tone deaf!".

One said, "Not a pregnancy joke for April Fools.. Wow. I’m honestly disappointed.". Another said, "If Heidi is really pregnant, I'm very happy for her and Tom, but if it was just a joke, I don't think it's so great that people make such a joke because there are many women who want a child and it doesn't work out".

Were Sofia Vergara and Howie Mandel involved in the prank?

In a move that has been widely criticized as "tasteless" and "offensive," Heidi, Sofia Vergara, and Howie Mandel participated in a fake pregnancy prank that left many fans feeling upset and disappointed. The prank started innocuously enough, with Howie posting a photo to his Instagram account that showed Heidi, standing with her shirt up and a "baby bump" on display. Sofia leaned down to kiss her stomach, and Howie captioned the post with a congratulatory message, claiming that he and Sofia were the first to know the news. He captioned the picture, "Congratulations. @heidiklum Co-workers @sofiavergara and I are the first know. #agt". Heidi, dressed in a full black outfit and comfortable slippers backstage, looked happy and content in the photo. Sofia was also seen sharing the picture as a story saying, "I'm going to be an aunt."

To further emphasize the joke, Heidi shared a photo on her Instagram stories that showed her pretending to kiss Howie's bare stomach, with the caption "From me to you: Congratulations" and an April Fool's sticker. While some fans have defended Heidi and her fellow judges, arguing that it was all in good fun, the overwhelming majority of reactions have been negative, with many calling for the judges to apologize for their actions.
