Sean O'Malley claims Logan Paul suing Dillon Danis ahead of October 14 fight was tactical move: 'It's very stressful'
CLEVELAND, OHIO: UFC bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley contends that Logan Paul and Nina Agdal are pursuing legal action against Dillon Danis solely for strategic considerations in the lead-up to their fight on October 14, rather than for any alternative motive.
Nina Agdal, the fiancee of Logan Paul, initiated legal proceedings against Dillon Danis, alleging breach of privacy and the unauthorized publication of two private photos.
On the most recent edition of his podcast, 'TimboSugarShow,' O'Malley talked about the lawsuit and said it was a ploy to have him sued while he was training for a fight. The UFC fighter thinks Danis must be stressed out by the hefty legal costs in New York.

During the podcast, Sean O’Malley said, “Whether Logan and his girl should have done that or shouldn't have, it doesn't matter. It was fight tactics. I've been sued in a fight camp. It's not fun. It's very stressful.”
He added, “You're getting lawyer fees every week. I think it was literally pure strategy for that. ... Bro, they're in New York. New York lawyers probably ain't very cheap.”

30-year-old Danis briefly announced his withdrawal from the battle due to the lawsuit, only to later reconsider and change his decision. Mike Perry, a reserve fighter, was prepared to face Paul, especially in light of the fact that Danis withdrew from his bout against KSI in January.
