'Saturday Night Live' is back with all-new episodes and the show did not disappoint fans. To greet fans with all new content, the cold open segment of the show decided to take a jab at Alan Dershowitz who has been in the news lately for defending Donald Trump for his ongoing impeachment.

Former SNL castmember Jon Lovitz played the role of Dershowitz and revealed why he was standing beside Trump during the impeachment. However, while doing so, Dershowitz has a heart attack and is taken to Hell for a brief moment.

When he arrives there, he meets the Devil, played by Kate McKinnon. Luckily for him, the devil is a big fan of him and wants to interview him for a podcast.

Dershowitz was happy to be interviewed by the Devil. The devil, on the other, was more excited to find out why Dershowitz was representing Trump.

The Devil even reminded Dershowitz about the statement he had made which stated that one does not need crime to impeach a president but is now changing his statement once he started representing Trump.

At this point, Dershowitz explained that the only reason he was representing Trump was because he was famous and he would represent anyone who would give him a chance to be on television. Meanwhile, there were many friends of Dershowitz who stopped by in Hell to meet him.

Jeffrey Epstein was present in Hell and stated that he was "just hanging". Next up, Bowen Yang showed up and played the role of the guy who wrote 'Baby Shark' and Heidi Gardner played Flo from the Progressive commercials.

To everyone's surprise, Mr Peanut also showed up in Hell. Meanwhile, Senator Mitch McConnell, played by Beck Bennett, arrived and confessed that he used Hell as a sauna. Even Mark Zuckerberg, played by Alex Moffat, is in Hell as the IT guy.

'Saturday Night Live' airs on Saturdays at 11.30 pm ET on NBC.
