Internet split as Britney Spears' husband Sam Asghari says he wants to act in action comedy film with her
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sam Asghari aspires to play Britney Spears' co-star in a motion picture and believes that the two would make a great action comedy pair. On Thursday, March 23, TMZ encountered Sam at LAX. He had just returned from filming a project, so the photographer immediately questioned him if he would ever wish to work with his wife.
Sam claims that Britney is a fantastic actor and that he would definitely like to work with her on a major motion picture. It also seems as if he has some ideas for future projects. Sam feels Britney would be the ideal cast member for an action comedy film, which he seems to favor over a rom-com, given that she loves to dance and has natural athletic ability, TMZ reported.

'I hope one day, that'll be a dream come true'
Before returning to film his mysterious directing debut, Sam was "visiting Los Angeles real quick" to spend quality time with his wife Britney, 41, per TMZ. Sam was questioned if he would ever consider collaborating with Spears in a "rom-com" drama after he steadfastly declined to provide any information about his project. He remarked, "I hope so, I hope so, I think she's a great actress." "I hope one day, that'll be a dream come true," Sam added.
Then, the budding director started speculating what type of star vehicle might suit Spears, whose acting career soared in 2002 with the teen movie "Crossroads." Sam speculated, straying from the rom-com genre, "Maybe it's an action film." "She's very athletic, so maybe, you know ... she's able to jump up and kick a few people and do a bunch of stunts. She'd be really good at that," Sam continued.
'Conservatorship was a total bulls**t move'
The famous 13-year conservatorship of his wife, according to the 29-year-old fitness expert-turned-actor, was "the worst that's ever happened in this country." When TMZ questioned Sam about "any merits" of a conservatorship, the conversation at LAX became serious. "Absolutely not", Asghari replied.
"The conservatorship was a total bullsh** move. It should've never happened. It should be illegal to put anybody under the conservatorship and that was the worst thing that has ever happened in this country. This is the country of freedom," Sam continued. "And that should never have happened, especially to her."
The 'Work B**ch' megastar has been launching social media rants at her family and old friends following her release from her conservatorship in 2021, seeking payback against those she believes abused her when she was under her father Jamie's supervision.
What is Sam Asghari's profession?
Sam began his professional journey in 2010 as a Runway model. In interviews with Men's Health, he said that by 2013, he had significantly gained weight as a result of his diet being heavy on unhealthy foods like candy, sugar, and carbohydrates. Following his weight loss event, he progressively developed an interest in fitness, and founded Asghari Fitness. He continued acting while also working as a personal trainer, as per CAknowledge.
He has also contributed to a number of music videos, including those for Fifth Harmony and others. In addition, he became popular when he played Security Guard Russell in the television program 'NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service.'
