'RuPaul's Drag Race': Was Kameron and Andre's breakup staged? Fans wonder if it could've been performed on phone

Kameron Michaels and Andre were in love and together for quite sometime before the latter flew 2,500 miles just to split up. The now ex-couple was touring the city and at the top of Los Angeles' Eiffel Tower when Andre shared that it was best that they broke up because Kameron's schedule has not really had a healthy impact on their relationship.

The 'RuPaul's Drag Race: Vegas Revue' queen travels extensively and is never in one place for more than six months. For Andre, the long-distance arrangement stopped to work and that was when he checked out. Kameron was in tears, Andre calmed her down saying that was how grown-ups deal with relationships.

Kameron was more affected by the split than she could have thought. She is not the one to confront or pick up fights with people. But that changed when she yelled at Derrick Barry for being at the root of all problems and the backstage drama the queens are intertwined in.

But, she was quick to apologize and from the looks of it, ready to move on. In the preview, we see her expressing an interest in Vanessa Vanjie Mateo, which could materialize into something more impactful and important? We even saw them share a kiss in the show's trailer. So this definitely seems like the start of something.

Meanwhile, fans wondered if Kameron's split with Andre was staged.

"People coming for Kameron's ex like it wasn't completely planned and scripted before the dude even showed up. He got his screentime and a SAG card out of it and Kameron got a sympathetic storyline. #Dragrace #DragRaceVegas," a fan commented, while another shared: "That was so messed up.... for dude to come all that way to Vegas...to break tf up w/ Kameron like that... he could’ve said that shit from where he was #DragRaceVegas."

"This dude is using the distance thing as an excuse. If you're not feeling the relationship, just say that than whining about "being too far away." Kameron deserves better! #DragRace, #DragRaceVegas, #RupaulsDragRace, #VegasRevue," a user tweeted.
