'More than we ever dreamed of': Bruce Willis' daughter Rumer welcomes her first child with Derek Richard Thomas
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Rumer Willis, the eldest child of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, gave birth to a girl on Tuesday, April 18. On Tuesday, April 25, Rumer, who was expecting her first child with partner Derek Richard Thomas, announced the birth of her daughter on Instagram.
The 34-year-old previously revealed that Bruce and Moore are "so excited" to meet their first grandchild. She had previously expressed excitement about including the "new tiny person" in the renowned blended family as they support Bruce after he is diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. Rumer and Derek disclosed the name they had chosen for their first child by posting an Instagram snapshot of the sleeping infant.

The 'Hostage' star unexpectedly revealed the pregnancy to her Instagram followers about a month after she and Thomas made their relationship Instagram-official. Moore, 60, uploaded pictures of the couple to her account and described herself as a "hot kooky unhinged grandma."
Bruce's wife, Emma Heming, shared their joy in a different Instagram post writing, "Baby news is happy news!!! Congratulations @rumerwillis and @derekrichardthomas We are elated over here!" Rumer commemorated six years of sobriety in January.
"Also still cant believe I am currently cooking a little person in my belly right now. I am so deeply grateful for the incredible lessons and gifts that have come my way this year. I'm so grateful this little soul chose me to have the privilege of being their mama," she wrote.
