'RuPaul's Drag Race' is all set to return to VH1 with Season 13 and fans cannot wait to pick a favorite from the 13 queens who will be contesting for the $100,000 prize and the prestigious title of 'America's Next Drag Superstar'. As per the format, they will lip-sync to popular numbers and walk the runway in clothes that are designed and in some cases, stitched from scratch.

Tamisha Iman – the most experienced queen on the roster – is one of the few contestants who prefers to put together all of her costumes completely by herself. Honestly, it's not tough to imagine her doing it because she has 30 years of drag behind her, and is known for creating her own dynasty over the decades.

Tamisha prides herself on the fact that she doesn't emulate other entertainers and believes in creating looks. So, even if she likes what Beyonce has on, she tries to take it to the next level. She calls herself a "total package" based on how she's able to pull off a lot more than what others can only imagine. Tamisha does her own hair, makeup, jewelry, and clothes. But that's not all that's striking about the lady.

The Atlanta mainstay and cancer survivor is the proud mother of the Iman Dynasty, "which houses 78 of her adopted children — 53 living, 25 who’ve since passed away — otherwise discarded by families who didn’t understand their identities," EW reported. During an interview with the publication, she said how she took them under her wings and showed them how to earn a living. Tamisha even send them to school, made sure they got into colleges, and landed themselves impressive gigs. "The dynasty is still growing and I’m so proud of it," she added.

This season will be a special one given how she's coming back with renewed energy to the drag scene that she quit for a whole decade after she was labelled an "outcast" for raising her voice against the unjustness that is embedded in the pageant system. "I entered the pageant just to give back to the community, to show them I’m still that bad bitch, but that I still have a place in this industry if I choose to," she concluded.

'RuPaul's Drag Race' Season 13 premieres on VH1 on January 1, Friday, 2021 at 8/7c.
