'Lifelong partners in love': Rob Lowe gushes over wife Sheryl Berkoff in 31st anniversary post
Rob Lowe and Sheryl Berkoff celebrated their 31 years together on July 23 and the actor took to Instagram to gush over his wife. Lowe penned a sweet note to his wife, Berkoff, 61, in the caption of his Instagram post in honor of the special day.
The 'Outsiders' actor, 58, captioned his most recent Instagram post commemorating the couple's 31 years of marriage as: "Your love has changed my entire world. You are as beautiful, intelligent, fascinating, kind, and hilarious as you were so many glorious years ago. Lifelong partners in love!"

Berkoff, the former makeup artist who has worked with multiple A-listers over the course of her career, was pictured hugging herself in the black-and-white image in Lowe's Instagram post. She was seen wearing black sunglasses, a silk tank top, and a white cardigan in the picture.
In response, Berkoff, 61, too, wrote a touching post commemorating the couple's special day. “Love is always ❤️Celebrating 31 years. Blessed and grateful. Happy Anniversary xoxo,” she wrote alongside a photo of the two.
Lowe and Berkoff – who share sons Michael, 29, and John, 27 – first met in the ’80s after being set up on a blind date. The pair decided to part ways, leading the jewelry designer to briefly date Lowe’s co-star, Keanu Reeves. However, in 1989, they rekindled their romance and got married two years later.
Before meeting Lowe, Berkoff got to know other A-list actors while working as a makeup artist in Hollywood – including a young Gwyneth Paltrow. During an episode of the actor’s podcast, “Literally With Rob Lowe,” Paltrow revealed that Berkoff was the first person to teach her how to perform oral sex when she was just “15 or 16 years old”.
While working on one of her mother Blythe Danner's films, Paltrow recalled meeting Berkoff and becoming "immediately obsessed with her".
"She was awesome. She would join me as I smoked behind the trailer because she was aware that I was sneaking cigarettes. And she taught me how to give a blow job, and you know, all the classic Sheryl stuff," Paltrow said.
In June, Rob also paid a sweet tribute to the jewelry designer in honor of her 61st birthday. Sharing a beautiful picture of Berkoff via Instagram, he wrote in the caption, "Happy Birthday to the love of my life. You are the whole package, and I am blessed. Here's to many more years of love and fun."
The '9-1-1: Lone Star' actor revealed to PEOPLE earlier this year that he had been deeply attracted to Berkoff ever since their relationship began. When Lowe recalled feeling "seen" for the first time in his life, he said, "I had the feeling that if I was ever going to be able to make it work with anybody, it was Sheryl."
Before calling his marriage to Berkoff one of life's greatest "miracles," he said at the time, "She saw things in me that nobody had ever seen before."
In addition to being a wonderful mother, he continued, "I still think she's the hottest, sexiest, most beautiful, insane, complicated, entertaining person I know". The actor also expressed gratitude to Berkoff for "taking a chance on him" during the interview.
