LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: After being nominated for her first Academy Award for 'Lift Me Up' in January this year, Rihanna took to social media to show the world her firstborn's reaction when he learned his sibling was going to the ceremony.
Rihanna and her partner A$AP Rocky became proud parents of a sweet baby boy when she gave birth to their son in May 2022. Recently, during her performance at the last Super Bowl on February 13, the 35-year-old 'Good Girl Gone Bad' star announced her second pregnancy.

Rihanna confirms Oscars performance
Rihanna recently took to Instagram on Sunday to share the images and videos of her pouting toddler upon finding out about him not going to the Oscars while his sibling is. The ‘We Found Love’ hitmaker captioned her post, “My son when he found out his sibling is going to the Oscars and not him”. The post immediately went viral garnering over more than 5.5 million likes and many celebrities gushing over the charming boy.
The self-explanatory first snap of the Instagram carousel shows the teary eyed boy looking at the camera. ‘Where Have You Been’ hitmaker then shared a video where the little bundle of joy could be seen enjoying his mother’s hit ‘Lift Me Up.’ The third and the final snap from the montage features a snapshot of the song playing in the laptop and him enthralled in his mother’s footage.

'Lift Me Up' served as the lead single for the film 'Wakanda Forever,' for which Rihanna received her first career Oscar nomination. The song was a tribute to Marvel star Chadwick Boseman, who died of colon cancer in 2020 at the age of 43.
