‘Real Housewives of Orange County’: Tamra's blatant 'manipulation' and Shannon's blind faith in her leaves fans feeling 'repulsed'
The previous episode saw RHOC housewife Shannon Beador learn that her dear friend Tamra Barney has been talking smack about her to Kelly Dodd. This left the housewife feeling shell shocked and Kelly too was taken aback when she realized that it was Tamra and not Vicki who spread rumors about her infamous train. When all the housewives realize what a “pot stirrer” Tamra has been, they weren’t left feeling pleased about the fitness guru.
Tamra who was whisked away for a mini-vacation by her husband returns to town to all the housewives giving her an ice-cold treatment. Tamra decides to dig deep and figure out what made Kelly so mad that she sent her a lengthy nasty text. She meets up with Shannon and confronts her saying that Shannon must be behind Kelly’s odd behavior.
When Shannon relays everything that transpired during Tamra’s absence, Tamra flips the matters and blames Shannon and calls her “puppet-master” for not taking her side and manipulates Shannon to believe that Kelly wasn’t being honest and causing trouble within the group. Tamra brushes off everything Shannon heard about her from Kelly as lies.
Despite being blamed and confronted by Tamra, Shannon decides to hang by Tamra’s tailcoats and believes her and chooses to trust and be on her side. This left fans feeling that Shannon was being "stupid". A fan wrote, "Shannon is getting sucked back into tamaras shit. She’s being stupid. #RHOC". While fans continue to be disgusted with Tamra's repulsive behavior, they also hope that Shannon sees the truth soon and stays away from Tamra.
