NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE: Hollywood star Reese Witherspoon, 47, has "officially filed for divorce" from Jim Toth, 52, her husband of 12 years. The court documents reportedly reveal that the reason for the split was "irreconcilable differences."
In 2008, Witherspoon divorced Ryan Phillippe. Moreover, the documents suggested the couple's assets won't be an issue as they had "signed a prenuptial agreement" in March 2011 that provided "adequate and sufficient provisions" for their assets and debts, TMZ reported citing court documents.

This marks Reese's second divorce, having been previously married to Ryan Phillippe from 1999 to 2008.
