Famous Dex aka Dexter Tiewon Gore Jr could have just ended his entire fandom or at least put a hamper on their care after a "goofy a** b***h" comment, but it looks like fans aren't letting up.

The 27-year-old rapper has been raising strong concerns for his well-being after a photo of himself appearing heavily under the influence began circulating online. The worries were also shared by Dex's brother, rapper NLE Choppa. Although it is unclear what was said, the two shared a recent FaceTime conversation that seemed to put Dex in good spirits. "Just had a big FaceTime with my brother @Nlechoppa1 thanks king god is so good," he wrote on Twitter.

Dex has taken a different stance to the concern rather than being receptive and feels "I can do whatever the f**k I wanna do," as said on an Instagram Live video. In the video, posted on December 20, the rapper was seen holding a blunt and appeared to slur and stutter his words.

“Hey, fam, I really don’t need you to be saying sh*t like this, bro,” he begins the clip. “Let me tell you something, I want to address this to everybody that’s listening to me. Stop worrying the next muthaf**ka that’s doing drugs [inaudible]. The world on drugs, you know what I’m sayin’? I used to love doing whatever." He continues, “I got money, I can do whatever the f**k I wanna do," and adds volume to the comment, "Goofy a** b***h."

"F**k you worried about me for? And two, I don’t do none of that sh*t, n*****. I smoke weed and take care of my kids. What the f**k is wrong with you?"

After the video, fans are giving the rapper a case of tough love with some hard comments of their own. "Dang how you supposed to help someone that don't even want it. His own selfishness and denial of help will be the cause of his death. But then again there is really no one there that is guiding him," a user wrote.

One fan wrote, "Never seen someone get mad cause fans are worried about his health. We have lost too many rappers to drugs. Hope he gets the help he needs," to which another fan replied, "It’s denial. Not wanting to admit that he has a problem and deflecting to others who are concerned. I’ve been there before and it’s not pretty. Just hope he gets clarity before it’s too late."

One fan asked, "this the same guy?" with a previous clip of the rapper who is showcasing his money and scoffing at the idea of not taking drugs. A fan replied, "He can't buy anything with all that money if he's dead. Sad to [see] this happen." Another said, "Im taking care of muself no matter the financial situation, never finna look like this."
