GARDENA, CALIFORNIA: A firm called Choice Motors Credit is suing Tyga for $1.34 million on the grounds that the rapper has fallen behind on payments for two high-end vehicles. The 33-year-old Rack City rapper who was seen visiting Cher in November was mentioned in court records over the outstanding debt for the vehicles. 

Tyga, whose real name is Michael Ray Stevenson, is being sued by Choice Motors Credit for failing to make payments on a deal they made for two high-end vehicles including a 2013 Lamborghini Aventador and a 2014 Bentley Mulsanne.

The company is also seeking the interest that has accumulated on each of the vehicles. On the Lamborghini, he owes $1,085,421.63, with interest making up more than $695,000 of the overall sum. He owes a total of $255,950.52 for the Bentley. According to The Blast, the lawsuit was brought in California with a "sister-state judgment." 

Tyga found himself in a similar situation in November 2021 when his Ferrari and Rolls Royce were seized due to payment arrears, according to Radar. Midway Rent A Car, which is responsible for the two vehicles he leased in 2015, sued him for the unpaid amount of $127,789.73. The rapper has also been embroiled in court disputes regarding payments for items he had pledged to purchase. According to Radar, Showroom Interiors, a furniture firm, sued him in October 2021 on the grounds that he owed them $84,000 for the "design, decorating, delivery, installation, and rental of furniture and other goods" they provided for his Los Angeles house in 2019.
