'A very loving mother': Porsha Williams mourns mom-in-law Martina Guobadia's death in touching post
ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Porsha Williams, the 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum, recently revealed that her mother-in-law, Martina Guobadia, died after a long battle with dementia. The former reality star shared a heartfelt message expressing her deep sorrow.
“My heart is with my love today after the passing of his mummy Mrs. Martina Guobadia. His mother suffered from dementia but the past couple times including the time I was able to meet her she was in good spirits and aware,” wrote the former ‘RHOA’ star. The reality star also added, “I thank God for those moments for Simon and i’m blessed to have been able to be in her presence. She was a warm and kind and very loving mother.” In a heartbreaking tribute, Porsha continued to write about Simon Guobadia’s mother, “Gone from this earth, yet she will never be forgotten. Thank you all for the love and prayers that you have sent to the Guobadia family at this time. ❤️🙏🏾 May her soul rest in peace.”

Simon Guobadia had revealed to Porsha during the premiere of 'Porsha's Family Matters' that he comes from a long line of polygamy. His father, Stanley Guobadia, was married to two women at the same time. But the shocking revelation is perhaps that Simon’s grandfather has had 25 wives in his lifetime.
