Piers Morgan says Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Netflix docu is 'worse than Keeping Up With The Kardashians'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Piers Morgan slammed the Netflix docuseries by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, calling it "worse than Keeping Up With The Kardashians." The broadcaster, 57, wrote on his official Twitter handle, “God, they're so boring." "This is worse than Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Something I didn’t think was humanly possible. #HarryandMeghanonNetflix,” he added in a subsequent tweet.
The former 'Good Morning Britain' host wrote in another tweet, “Disgusting how they’re repeatedly trying to brand Britain a racist country. Most tolerant place in Europe, as all the coverage of their engagement/wedding, showed.” Meanwhile, social media seems to be unimpressed with Morgan’s remarks as one person wrote, “Still watched it though!? Not even some of their loyal “fans” have watched it yet! Like a little child on Christmas morning waking up to watch it and tweet about it hey Piers!? Top Guilty Pleasure for you imo :D” “Hate harry and Meghan but will watch their doc,” another added.

Someone asked, “Why are you watching then?” “Honestly Piers, stop comparing this drivel to the Kardashians who are amazing business people and are overall authentic, this is drivel!” yet another user remarked.
Morgan has expressed his views on the royal family very frequently. In 2021, he walked away from 'Good Morning Britain' after refusing to apologize for saying he didn’t believe some of the things the Duchess of Sussex said in her interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Morgan had previously taken issue with the pair talking about people hearing their story from them, writing in a recent column in The Sun that they had actually shared their story many times. He addressed the subject once more on Twitter, writing, "We’ve never been allowed to tell our story until now,” while sending a series of crying with-laughter emojis. The TV personality also revealed that he would be talking about the documentary in a special episode of his 'Uncensored' program. "Tune into tonight for a special edition on this grotesque #HarryandMeghanNetflix whine-a-thon," he remarked.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were seen making a series of allegations in two recent 'Harry & Meghan' teasers, including that they were not protected by the palace and that advisors were deliberately "leaking and planting" stories about them as part of a "dirty game." Netflix released Volume I's episodes 1-3 on December 8 while Volume II's episodes 4-6 will be released on December 15.
