Who is Amy Waters Davidson?
Not much is known about Amy Waters Davidson's early life, except that she was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1969. She is believed to have Irish ancestry with distant German roots. Presently, she is a resident of Staten Island.
Amy Waters Davidson graduated with a nursing degree from a health training college. The 52-year-old currently works as a nurse at the Xaverian High School in Brooklyn. She got married to basketball player Scott Matthew Davidson in 1990. The couple welcomed their first child Peter Michael aka Pete Davidson in 1993. Their daughter Casey Davidson was born in 1999.
In 1994, Scott Davidson left his basketball career and started working as a firefighter. On the fateful day of 9/11/2001, he was deployed at the Twin Towers where he lost his life. After his tragic death, Amy Waters single-handedly raised her two children, devoting her life to support their upbringing. While Pete found his calling in comedy, his sister Casey is a graduate of Marist College.
