'Perfect Match': Are Nick and Lauren still together? Last minute couple's weak base jeopardizes romance
PANAMA CITY, PANAMA: The 'Perfect Match', a Netflix reality TV dating show hosted by Nick Lachey, featured two cast members, Nick Uhlenhuth, third season alum from 'The Circle', and Lauren "LC" Chamblin, the first season contestant of 'Love is Blind'. The pairing was the most unexpected one as the duo got together at the last moment, but still, the sparks were visible.
The season finale ended with an unexpected twist, as many were taken aback by Dom Gabriel and Georgia Hassariti's victory after Joey Sasso and Kariselle Snow's engagement. After this spectacular finale, fans are interested to know what happened to the couples after the show. Are Nick and LC from 'Perfect Match' still together?
Since not a lot of couples survived outside the villa walls, it's tough not to question whether the couple with the least amount of time together lasted or not. As LC was the last participant to arrive at the villa during 'Perfect Match', they didn't have much time to get to know one another, but the duo clicked right away. The 'Perfect Match' Season 1 finale, however, revealed that their base was simply not strong enough.
Nick acknowledged that he wasn't really excited about long-distance relationships. Alas, Nick and LC were not each other's 'Perfect Match' in the end as when they were asked this in the end, the resounding answer was "no." Further, the couple seems to have parted ways on friendly terms and might have even found love somewhere else.
Nick's new romance
LC and Nick continue to follow one another on Instagram, but they don't seem to be dating. 'The Circle' alum, though, might be dating a former contestant of 'The Bachelorette'. Nick spent New Year's Eve with 'The Bachelorette' star Katie Thurston, according to a video on TikTok. The reality television stars can be seen in photographs cuddling up and kissing on New Year's Eve. Katie and Nick have posted images of one another on Instagram. The third picture in Katie's slideshow for her birthday in January 2023 shows a picture of her and Nick together. LC for the time being appears to be single.
