LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: During her appearance on 'Good Morning America' on Tuesday, Paris Hilton, the TV star and author of the new tell-all book called 'Paris: The Memoir', looked stunning in a floaty blue floral dress with a tiered skirt and high neck. She completed her outfit with pointy-toed white heels with an ankle strap, simple stud earrings, white sunglasses, and a white Chanel handbag.

Carrying a copy of her memoir, Hilton said, "This book is like a diary, where I've put everything in there, including so many traumatic experiences that I endured, especially as a teenager, and memories I didn't want to remember. But there are also a lot of good and exciting times. I have lived such an amazing life." Hilton also shared her joy of being a new mom and her mom Kathy Hilton's obsession with her son. "My little Phoenix is my angel," she continued. "I'm so obsessed with him. He is everything to me. My heart is so full."

'Cathartic and therapeutic'

During the interview with hosts Michael Strahan, Robin Roberts, and George Stephanopoulos, Hilton opened up about her memoir and how her mother reacted to it. "She's so proud of me for being brave and telling my story," Hilton shared, adding that her mother was unaware of some of the struggles she faced as a teenager. The hosts then asked Hilton about being one of the original influencers alongside Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan, and what advice she would give her younger self.

"I would tell her that although you may face challenges in life, your voice will one day be used to help others and make a significant impact," Hilton replied. "So, in the end, it will all be worth it." When asked about how the writing process helped her, Hilton stated, "It was incredibly cathartic and therapeutic to release so much of what I had been carrying for so long. I have been through many difficult times, but putting it all out there felt great."

Inside 'Paris: The Memoir'

Hilton's new book, 'Paris: The Memoir', takes readers on a journey through every phase of her life. The memoir features appearances from Hilton's famous family members and friends, including Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie, and Britney Spears. Hilton also shares tales of her past boyfriends and gushes about her current husband, Carter Reum.

But the book isn't all glitz and glamour. Hilton opens up about living with ADHD and PTSD from the abuse she experienced in boarding school. She admits to loving run-on sentences and bouncing between thoughts due to her neurodevelopmental disorder. Despite the challenges she's faced, Hilton offers an honest narrative of her life from her perspective. The memoir covers everything from her leaked sex tape to her IVF journey and provides insight into what it's really like to be Paris Hilton.
