Spiranac discusses tried-and-tested strategies for developing short-game skills in her latest YouTube video. Her first tip is to concentrate on distance control. She suggests practicing with numerous clubs and trying different swings to discover the one that works best for you. Confidence is another important part of the short game, according to Spiranac.

“Short game is the most important part in lowering your scores,” Spiranac says in the video, adding, “Most people spend hours just hitting balls and they’re not getting better. So I want you to put your time into the short game. We’re going to spend 15 minutes here and then 15 minutes on the range.”

Spiranac suggests visualizing the shot before hitting it and focusing on the target rather than the swing mechanics, to build confidence. Finally, she stresses on creativity in the short game. She recommends practicing from different angles and experimenting with unconventional shots like the flop shot and the bump-and-run.

I normally do it the other way around and don’t feel like I get the most out of my sessions." A fourth user commented "Watching these drills really makes me want to find the time to get out and try them out and play a bit... though it has been so long, it will be like I'm starting over anyway... and I wasn't that good, to begin with."
