If you have been keeping an eagle eye on the Twitter feeds of P-Valley's star Brandee Evans, who plays Mercedes, you would have seen a dashing man in a picture from sets of Episode 8. That man is none other than Blue Kimble and his character, Rome, has a significant role to play in the episode. He joins other male stars on 'P-Valley' who have made panties drop since the season began from Mane -- Mercedes' hot neighbor crush, played by Thomas Q Jones‏ -- to Diamond, Pynk's bouncer, played by Tyler Lepley.

But besides being eye-candy, Blue Kimble's role as "Rome" is significant in Episode 8 because he is the hot-shot music exec that Woddy, Lil' Murda's manager, has been talking about. He is one who Lil' Murda will have to impress to get a shot at big league stardom. In one of the sneak peek picture released ahead of Episode 8, shows Blue Kimble's character Rome with Woddy at the Pynk looking at the stage ahead of them.

According to interviews about the character, Blue Kimble said Rome is a slick-talking music executive who is in town from the "big city", Atlanta, and is looking to make some dreams come true. "My character, Rome, he's a Southern hustler and former drug dealer turned music exec. We know that story has been heard and told a lot within the music industry, so I was just able to put my real spin on it from actual accounts and my Southern heritage and culture came out in the role. It was a blessing to pay homage to all that. I really like it and I know people are going to gravitate towards this a lot, and I can't wait for y'all to see it."

Blue Kimble also noted that he tapped into things he has "grown up around and had a foundation of, being from the South, being from Atlanta" and it's culture. "Every city has their own type of lingo, type of swag, type of attractions, and raw. Just like a street cat from New York is not gonna sound like a hustler from Atlanta, Tennessee, Alabama or Mississippi. Just to be able to pay homage and pull from real-life accounts, it was an honor," he said about the role.

And what of Blue Kimble himself? Kimble hails from Atlanta, Georgia, and he was a former professional football player, who once played for the Buffalo Bills in the NFL and for the Arena Football League. While he has only been acting a few years, he has already been cast in many major productions such as Hunger Games 'Catching Fire', 'Fast and Furious 5', and in BET's 'The Game'.

He just wrapped a series regular role as Andrew on the BET+ series, 'Ruthless', which is all anyone can talk about right now. He is also in the process of helping produce his first film The Wish. He also stars on Craig Ross Jr.’s Monogamy for UMC and is a producer on the series, which is going into its third season.

According to an interview, he is still searching for "his queen". As he puts it: "I'm still looking and searching. I'm not saying that I'm flipping over every rock in town looking for my queen, but when she reveals herself to me, I will be ready, willing, and accepting."

Talking about his ideal woman, he said: "I like a woman's smile - the smile does a lot, and the eyes. Because everyone else is gonna say body features like shapes, thighs, butts, chest and this, that and the other, but that only goes so far. When you get down to the eyes and the smile, that's when you're able to tell what's real and genuine about her. The eyes never lie."

Watch out for Blue Kimble's Rome in Episode 8 and what's more, there is a possibility, fingers crossed, that you will see more of him in Season 2 with Lil' Murda pursuing fame and glory in the music business.

'P-Valley' Episode 8 finale airs on September 6 at 8 pm on Starz.
